Who we are
Dice-Dogs is a northern New Jersey based tabletop wargaming club founded by a bunch of guys who wanted an excuse to play games every Monday night until we're all too tired to keep chucking dice. We meet every Monday at Time Warp Comics & Games, in lovely Cedar Grove and we also play on Tues at Maplewood Hobbies in Maplewood NJ! We play Games Workshop stuff, including Warhammer Fantasy Battle, WH40K, Necromunda, Mordheim, Bloodbowl, Flames of War and are getting more into historicals and other tapletop games weekly. We usually get rolling (pun intended), between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m and play till the store closes. So come by and roll with the Dogs.

News - April 2010 – CONGRATS to Pete for winning Overall at the Colonial Warhammer GT this year! Bringing the DD thier first overall win! Results can be seen here: Results
News - As usual, we are gearing up for more Rattrap Productions Games! We are playing Back of Beyong/Contemptible Little Armies, Heart of Africa and Flames of War almost every tues at maplewood hobbies for next few weeks. We also have a bunch of guys starting up La Salle napleonic armies. Be sure to check out our flames of war map campaign as the axis powers try to capture all of europe! In addition we have open gaming on mondays at time warp hobbies and we are gonna kick of out WARHAMMER escalation league soon prior to the 8th edition release! If naval combat is your thing stop by and check out the battles on the high seas!!
News - July 2010: We're gearing up for HISTORICON! Dice Dogs will be running some games this year for the first time ever.
HISTORION UPDATE: As of right now will be running a Rattrap Production Game called GLOIRE. If swashbuckling is your thing log on to the boards and check out the progress
Our Big game will feature a large scale battle between the British and Arabs vs. Turks and Germans in WW1 featuring the CLA rules. Check out the progress pics and blogs on the forums. There is a ton more to come!!
LASTLY the whole club is excited for the new Warhammer Ancient Battles! If historicals are up your alley come on by as i am SURE this will be the premier come this summer on mondays at time warp comics.
What we're about
Dice Dogs is a social gaming group: our emphasis is on having a good time with friends. We sometimes play in tournaments, sometimes host events, have been known to make a splash at the odd convention, but most of all we're a bunch of folks who are into the various aspects of the miniature gaming hobby who also happen to enjoy hanging out together.
